The Lions now possess a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Freedom for a Bay Valley battle on Wednesday, February 2. Liberty will confront a Falcons team coming off a 62-43 league win over Heritage (Brentwood, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 9-9.
The Pirates (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Deer Valley (Antioch, CA). The Wolverines come into the Bay Valley battle with a 3-8 record. In their last battle, Deer Valley was overwhelmed by Antioch (Antioch, CA), 96-91, in a league battle.
