In Friday's league outing, the Hurricane Redskins (Hurricane, WV) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV), by a count of 70-14.

The Redskins (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV). The Big Reds go into the non-league outing with a 10-4 record.
