Washington High School Basketball - Tenino overwhelms King's Way Christian
January 28, 2022: Tenino, WA 98589 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Tenino Beavers (Tenino, WA) and the visiting King's Way Christian Knights (Vancouver, WA), saw Tenino's basketball squad wallop King's Way Christian by a tally of 59-27.
With the victory, Tenino improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Beavers host Montesano (Montesano, WA) to confront the Bulldogs in a 1A Evergreen challenge on Saturday, January 29. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 13-1. Montesano won 51-13 in their recent league challenge against Eatonville (Eatonville, WA)
Next up, the Knights confront the Columbia Bruins (White Salmon, WA) in a 1A Trico challenge, on Monday, January 31. King's Way Christian will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 54-46 non-league loss to Goldendale (Goldendale, WA).
