California High School Basketball - Del Mar knocked off by Live Oak
January 28, 2022: San Jose, CA 95128 The Live Oak Acorns basketball team scored 28 points and held the host Del Mar Dons to 15 in the Acorns non-league triumph on Friday.
The Acorns now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont Hills for a contest on Tuesday, February 8.
The Dons (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Pioneer (San Jose, CA). The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Pioneer toppled Westmont (Campbell, CA), 28-19, in a league challenge.
