Illinois High School Basketball - Simeon tops Curie
January 28, 2022: Chicago, IL 60620 Simeon Wolverines (Chicago, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Curie Condors (Chicago, IL), 64-56 in a league bout.
With the victory, Simeon upgrades its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Morgan Park (Chicago, IL) to play the Mustangs in a battle on Saturday, January 29. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 3-5. Morgan Park lost 39-30 in their recent league battle against Kenwood (Chicago, IL)
The Condors (15-6) will now prepare for their battle against Dunbar (Chicago, IL). The Mightymen come into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Dunbar beat Richards (Chicago, IL), 59-47, in a league battle.
