January 28, 2023: East St. Louis, IL 62201 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Agape Christian Knights (Energy, IL) and the host SIUE East St. Louis Charter (East St. Louis, IL), saw Agape Christian's basketball squad overcome SIUE East St. Louis Charter by a tally of 52-36.
With the victory, Agape Christian improves its record to 25-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Mississippi Valley Christian (Alton, IL) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 23-2. Mississippi Valley Christian won 62-56 in their recent non-league battle against SIUE East St. Louis Charter (East St. Louis, IL)
The (4-14) will now prepare for their battle against Triad (Troy, IL). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 20-6 record. In their last battle, Triad dropped by Centralia (Centralia, IL), 51-39, in a non-league battle.
