Wisconsin High School Basketball - De Pere overwhelms Homestead
January 28, 2023: De Pere, WI 54115 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the De Pere Redbirds (De Pere, WI) and the visiting Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI), saw De Pere's basketball squad wallop Homestead by a count of 64-41.
With the victory, De Pere upgrades its record to 17-0 on the campaign. The Redbirds travel to Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI) to play the Redwings in a Fox River Classic challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Redwings come into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Sheboygan South lost 69-47 in their recent league challenge against Sheboygan North (Sheboygan, WI)
Next up, the Highlanders play the Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) in a North Shore challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Homestead will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 70-47 non-league loss to Germantown (Germantown, WI).
