Connecticut High School Basketball - New London nudges Hall
January 28, 2023: West Hartford, CT 06517 In Saturday's non-league outing, the New London Whalers (New London, CT) basketball squad edged the host Hall Titans (West Hartford, CT), by a count of 59-52.
The Whalers (11-2) will now prepare for their outing against Ledyard (Ledyard, CT). The Colonels go into the Eastern Connecticut I outing with a 1-12 record. In their last outing, Ledyard was tipped by La Salle Academy (Providence, RI), 58-32, in a non-league outing.
The Titans now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Simsbury for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 31. Hall will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 63-40 non-league loss to Southington (Southington, CT). The Trojans record now stands at 6-5.
