In Saturday's non-league match, the host Sloan-Hendrix Greyhounds basketball team scored a good 72-63 triumph over the Hoxie Mustangs.

In their next game, the Greyhounds meet the East Poinsett County Warriors (Lepanto, AR) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 2. Sloan-Hendrix will attempt to better on its 25-2 season record.
