California High School Basketball - La Canada trounces Marshall
January 28, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90027 The La Canada Spartans (La Canada, CA) basketball crushed the host Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA), 72-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Spartans (19-7) will now prepare for their test against San Marino (San Marino, CA). The Titans go into the Rio Hondo test with a 16-10 record. In their last test, San Marino was trounced by Blair (Pasadena, CA), 98-74, in a league test.
The Barristers now own a 14-12 record. They play next when they travel to Eagle Rock for a Northern test on Wednesday, February 1. Marshall will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 72-28 league win over Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 18-5.
