Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Muhlenberg thwarts Liberty
January 28, 2023: Bethlehem, PA 18018 The Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) basketball knocked off the host Liberty Hurricanes (Bethlehem, PA), 67-57 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Muhls (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Wilson (West Lawn, PA). The Bulldogs go into the Berks County 1 test with a 16-5 record. In their last test, Wilson went down by Exeter Township (Reading, PA), 48-35, in a league test.
The Hurricanes now own a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Bethlehem Catholic for a Lehigh Valley test on Tuesday, January 31. Liberty will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 37-35 league loss to Easton Area (Easton, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 11-6.
