New Jersey High School Basketball - Snyder can't hold off Union
January 28, 2023: Union, NJ 07083 The Union Farmers basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Snyder Tigers to 44 in the Farmers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Farmers now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union Catholic for a Mountain Valley - Mountain contest on Wednesday, February 1. Union will battle a Vikings team coming off a 54-53 non-league win over Plainfield (Plainfield, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 8-7.
The Tigers (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hackettstown (Hackettstown, NJ). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record.
