The Banks County Leopards routed the visiting Fellowship Christian Paladins basketball team by a final score of 58-10 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Leopards face the Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA) in a AA Region 8 game, on Tuesday, January 31. Banks County will attempt to move on its 20-3 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 12-10 record after their 47-44 league win over Athens Academy (Athens, GA).

With the defeat, Fellowship Christian moves to 8-11 on the year. The Paladins host East Jackson (Commerce, GA) to face the Eagles in a AA Region 8 game on Tuesday, January 31.
