Washington High School Basketball - Bellevue overwhelms West Valley
January 28, 2023: Bellevue, WA 98004 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bellevue Wolverines (Bellevue, WA) and the visiting West Valley Rams (Yakima, WA), saw Bellevue's basketball squad wallop West Valley by a count of 67-46.
With the victory, Bellevue upgrades its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Bishop Blanchet (Seattle, WA) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 30. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Bishop Blanchet lost 79-25 in their recent league challenge against Garfield (Seattle, WA)
Next up, the Rams play the Moses Lake Mavericks (Moses Lake, WA) in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 challenge, on Friday, February 3. West Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 38-37 league win over Eisenhower (Yakima, WA).
