Massachusetts High School Basketball - Bishop Guertin tops Wachusett Regional
January 28, 2023: Holden, MA 01520 Bishop Guertin Cardinals (Nashua, NH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball team achieve victory over the host Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA), 53-43 in a non-league battle.
The Cardinals now possess a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord for a Division I battle on Tuesday, January 31. Bishop Guertin will confront a Crimson Tide team coming off a 43-37 league win over Nashua South (Nashua, NH). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 3-5.
The Mountaineers (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA). The Titans come into the Midland-Wachusett A battle with a 2-1 record.
