January 28, 2023: Maumelle, AR 72113 The Vilonia Eagles routed the host Maumelle Hornets basketball team by a final score of 59-21 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Mount St. Mary Academy Belles (Little Rock, AR) in a 5A Central game, on Tuesday, January 31. Vilonia will attempt to move on its 16-4 season record.
With the defeat, Maumelle moves to 5-11 on the year. The Hornets host Sylvan Hills (Sherwood, AR) to face the Bears in a 5A Central game on Friday, February 3. The Bears enter the game with a record of 8-4.
