Alabama High School Basketball - Valley Head overwhelms Oakwood Academy
January 28, 2023: Huntsville, AL 35896 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Valley Head Tigers (Valley Head, AL) and the host Oakwood Academy Mustangs (Huntsville, AL), saw Valley Head's basketball squad wallop Oakwood Academy by a tally of 57-26.
With the victory, Valley Head improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Woodville Panthers (Woodville, AL) in a 1A Area 15 challenge, on Monday, January 30. Oakwood Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-14 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 47-34 league win over Athens Bible (Athens, AL).
