January 28, 2023: Grand Junction, CO 81505 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Caprock Academy Eagles (Grand Junction, CO) and the visiting North Park Wildcats (Walden, CO), saw Caprock Academy's basketball squad hold off North Park by a tally of 30-27.
With the victory, Caprock Academy improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Rangely (Rangely, CO) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Rangely won 59-12 in their recent league challenge against Soroco (Oak Creek, CO)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Soroco Rams (Oak Creek, CO) in a challenge, on Friday, February 17. North Park will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
