California High School Basketball - Valley Torah overwhelms Geffen Academy
January 28, 2023: Valley Village, CA 91607 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Valley Torah Wolfpack (Valley Village, CA) and the visiting Geffen Academy Bruins (Los Angeles, CA), saw Valley Torah's basketball squad wallop Geffen Academy by a tally of 63-41.
With the victory, Valley Torah improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Wolfpack travel to Shalhevet (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Firehawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Firehawks come into the challenge with a record of 2-6.
Next up, the Bruins confront the Wildwood Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Geffen Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 36-16 league win over Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA).
