In Tuesday's league contest, the host Ronan Chiefs basketball team scored a close 57-52 win over the Bigfork Vikings & Valkyries.

The Chiefs (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Polson (Polson, MT). The Pirates come into the A Northwest contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Polson edged Libby (Libby, MT), 66-50, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings & Valkyries battle the Whitefish Bulldogs (Whitefish, MT) in a A Northwest match, on Thursday, January 30. Bigfork will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record.
