January 28, 2025: Cimarron, KS 67835 Ulysses Tigers (Ulysses, KS) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Cimarron Bluejays (Cimarron, KS), 66-61 in a league match.
With the victory, Ulysses advances its record to 5-8 on the year. The Tigers host Colby (Colby, KS) to face the Eagles in a Great Western match on Friday, January 31. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-5. Colby lost 47-38 in their recent league match against Goodland (Goodland, KS)
The Bluejays now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwestern Heights for a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. Cimarron will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 73-48 non-league win over Elkhart (Elkhart, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-6.
