Louisiana High School Basketball - Port Allen routs Mamou
January 28, 2025: Port Allen, LA 70767 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Port Allen Pelicans basketball team scored a big 61-27 win over the Mamou Demons.
The Pelicans (13-14) will now prepare for their contest against Capitol (Baton Rouge, LA). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 7-13 record.
In their next game, the Demons battle the Church Point Bears (Church Point, LA) in a 3A District 4 contest, on Friday, January 31. Mamou will attempt to better on its 20-8 season record. The Bears come into the contest with a 16-8 record after their 65-52 non-league loss to Hamilton Christian (Lake Charles, LA).
