Virginia High School Basketball - Millwood thwarts West End Christian
January 28, 2025: Hopewell, VA 23860 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Millwood Bobcats (Midlothian, VA) and the host West End Christian Crusaders (Hopewell, VA), observed Millwood's basketball team knock off West End Christian by a score of 49-38.
The Bobcats (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against New Bridge Academy (Sandston, VA). The Crusaders come into the Capital City challenge with a 0-11 record. In their last challenge, New Bridge Academy dropped by James River HomeSchool (Chesterfield, VA), 63-31, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Crusaders encounter the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. West End Christian will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record.
