Michigan High School Basketball - Wayland fells West Michigan Aviation Academy
January 28, 2025: Grand Rapids, MI The Wayland Wildcats basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host West Michigan Aviation Academy to 44 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they host West Catholic for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Wayland will confront a Falcons team coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, West Michigan Aviation Academy falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The host Hamilton (Hamilton, MI) to confront the Hawkeyes in a non-league game on Friday, January 31. The Hawkeyes go into the game with a record of 5-9. Hamilton won 72-48 in their recent non-league game against Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI)
