The Andrews Mustangs soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Liberty Patriots to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Snyder for a 4A Region 1 District 2 bout on Friday, January 31. Andrews will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Greenwood (Midland, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Liberty moves to 1-6 on the year. The Patriots host Big Spring (Big Spring, TX) to play the Steers in a 4A Region 1 District 2 bout on Friday, January 31.
