Ohio High School Basketball - John Glenn holds off Ridgewood
January 29, 2022: West Lafayette, OH 43845 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the John Glenn Little Muskies (New Concord, OH) and the host Ridgewood Generals (West Lafayette, OH), saw John Glenn's basketball squad hold off Ridgewood by a tally of 59-54.
With the victory, John Glenn improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Little Muskies travel to Meadowbrook (Byesville, OH) to confront the Colts in a Muskingum Valley challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Colts come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Meadowbrook won 75-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Crooksville (Crooksville, OH)
Next up, the Generals confront the Tuscarawas Valley Trojans (Zoarville, OH) in a Inter-Valley challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. Ridgewood will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 56-44 league win over Sandy Valley (Magnolia, OH).
