January 29, 2022: Norwood-Young America, MN 55397 The Central Raiders routed the visiting Dassel-Cokato Chargers basketball team by a final score of 58-32 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Belle Plaine Tigers (Belle Plaine, MN) in a AA Section 2 test, on Friday, February 4. Central will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 12-5 record after their 54-35 league win over Waseca (Waseca, MN).
The Chargers now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Watertown-Mayer for a AA Section 5 test on Monday, January 31. Dassel-Cokato will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 60-36 non-league loss to New London-Spicer (New London, MN). The Royals record now stands at 13-11.
