Nevada High School Basketball - North Valleys ripped by South Tahoe

The South Tahoe Vikings basketball team scored 48 points and held the host North Valleys Panthers to 18 in the Vikings league triumph on Saturday.

The Vikings now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sage Ridge for a non-league contest on Monday, January 31. South Tahoe will battle a Scorpions team coming off a 53-1 league win over Excel Christian (Sparks, NV). The Scorpions record now stands at 8-7.

The Panthers (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Hug (Reno, NV). The Hawks enter the 3A Northern - West contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Hug was routed by Truckee (Truckee, CA), 64-40, in a league contest.
