Oklahoma High School Basketball - Indianola can't hold off Prue
January 29, 2024: Prue, OK 74060 The Prue Rockets basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Indianola Warriors to 50 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Monday.
The Rockets now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Prue will battle a Cougars team coming off a 34-31 non-league win over Pawhuska (Pawhuska, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 10-8.
The Warriors (3-19) will now prepare for their contest against Midway (Council Hill, OK). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Midway was nudged by Wetumka (Wetumka, OK), 53-45, in a league contest.
