Louisiana High School Basketball - Pearl River topped by King Charter
January 29, 2024: Pearl River, LA 70452 The King Charter Jaguar basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the host Pearl River Rebels to 63 in the Jaguar non-league victory on Monday.
The Jaguar now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vandebilt Catholic for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. King Charter will battle a Terriers team coming off a 68-46 league win over Lutcher (Lutcher, LA). The Terriers record now stands at 20-2.
The Rebels (12-14) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Hermon (Mt. Hermon, LA). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Mt. Hermon prevailed over Maurepas (Maurepas, LA), 67-62, in a league contest.
