Michigan High School Basketball - CHASE nips Calvary Baptist Academy
January 29, 2024: Midland, MI 48640 CHASE (Flint, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Calvary Baptist Academy Kings (Midland, MI), 47-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, CHASE upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The travel to Bethany Christian (Troy, MI) to play the in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Bethany Christian won 40-30 in their recent league bout against Faith Christian (Clinton Township, MI)
Next up, the Kings play the Vestaburg Wolverines (Vestaburg, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Calvary Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 45-33 league win over Ashley (Ashley, MI).
