Iowa High School Basketball - New Hampton succumbs to Columbus
January 29, 2024: New Hampton, IA 50659 The Columbus Sailors topped the host New Hampton Chickasaws basketball team by a final score of 68-49 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Sailors face the Hudson Pirates (Hudson, IA) in a North Iowa Cedar - East game, on Tuesday, January 30. Columbus will attempt to move on its 5-13 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 9-9 record after their 50-39 non-league win over AGWSR (Ackley, IA).
