Wisconsin High School Basketball - Elk Mound fells Regis
January 29, 2024: Eau Claire, WI 54701 Elk Mound Mounders (Elk Mound, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Regis Ramblers (Eau Claire, WI), 53-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Elk Mound upgrades its record to 20-0 on the season. The Mounders host Colfax (Colfax, WI) to play the Vikings in a Dunn-St. Croix bout on Thursday, February 1. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 14-6. Colfax won 57-32 in their recent league bout against Spring Valley (Spring Valley, WI)
Next up, the Ramblers play the Cadott Hornets (Cadott, WI) in a Cloverbelt - West bout, on Thursday, February 1. Regis will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 10-10 record after their 78-53 non-league loss to Cameron (Cameron, WI).
