With the victory, University Lab advances its record to 15-7 on the year. The Cubs travel to Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, January 31. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 18-12.
The Wildcats now own a 10-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Live Oak for a 5A District 5 battle on Friday, January 31. Walker will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 69-44 non-league loss to Central (Baton Rouge, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-13.
