The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Peddie Falcons (Hightstown, NJ) and the visiting Academy of the New Church Lions (Bryn Athyn, PA), observed Peddie's basketball team edge Academy of the New Church by a score of 51-46.

The Falcons (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Kimberton Waldorf (Kimberton, PA). The Bulls come into the non-league challenge with a 15-3 record. In their last challenge, Kimberton Waldorf edged West Chester Christian (West Chester, PA), 53-27, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Freire Charter Dragon (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 31.
