New Jersey High School Basketball - Woodbury crushes Cedar Creek
January 30, 2023: Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215 Woodbury Thundering Herd (Woodbury, NJ) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Cedar Creek Pirates (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 67-43 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Woodbury upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Thundering Herd host Collingswood (Collingswood, NJ) to play the Panthers in a Colonial - Patriot bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 4-14. Collingswood lost 48-47 in their recent non-league bout against Pennsauken Tech (Pennsauken, NJ)
Next up, the Pirates play the Hammonton Blue Devils (Hammonton, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 2. Cedar Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 65-48 league win over Bridgeton (Bridgeton, NJ).
