Exeter Township Eagles (Reading, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Daniel Boone Blazers (Birdsboro, PA), 66-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Exeter Township upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Berks Catholic (Reading, PA) to play the Saints in a Berks County 1 bout on Thursday, February 2. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 17-2. Berks Catholic won 68-55 in their recent non-league bout against York Catholic (York, PA)

Next up, the Blazers play the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a Berks County 1 bout, on Thursday, February 2. Daniel Boone will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Muhls go into the bout with a 14-7 record after their 39-36 league loss to Wilson (West Lawn, PA).
