January 30, 2023: South Berwick, ME 03908 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME) and the visiting Noble Knights (Berwick, ME), saw Marshwood's basketball squad hold off Noble by a count of 64-57.
With the victory, Marshwood upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Hawks host Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME) to play the Scots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Scots come into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Bonny Eagle lost 39-38 in their recent league challenge against South Portland (South Portland, ME)
Next up, the Knights play the South Portland Red Riots (South Portland, ME) in a AA South challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Noble will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Red Riots come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 39-38 league win over Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME).
