January 30, 2023: Bradenton, FL 34205 The Manatee Hurricanes basketball team (Bradenton, FL), was routed 55-16 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting IMG Academy Blue Ascenders (Bradenton, FL)
The Ascenders now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The First Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. IMG Academy Blue will battle a Royals team coming off a 46-36 non-league win over The Villages Charter (The Villages, FL). The Royals record now stands at 13-3.
The Hurricanes (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Parrish Community (Parrish, FL). The Bulls come into the non-league battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Parrish Community was routed by Riverview Sarasota (Sarasota, FL), 73-50, in a non-league battle.
