January 30, 2024: Portland, MI 48875 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Portland Raiders (Portland, MI) and the visiting Fowlerville Gladiators (Fowlerville, MI), saw Portland's basketball squad overcome Fowlerville by a tally of 46-37.
With the victory, Portland improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Ionia (Ionia, MI) to confront the Bulldogs in a Capital Area - White challenge on Friday, February 2. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Ionia lost 66-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Lee (Wyoming, MI)
Next up, the Gladiators confront the Haslett Vikings (Haslett, MI) in a Capital Area - Red test, on Thursday, February 1. Fowlerville will attempt to advance on its 3-10 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 2-13 record after their 64-49 non-league loss to Okemos (Okemos, MI).
