January 30, 2024: Searcy, AR 72143 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Searcy Lions (Searcy, AR) and the visiting Greene County Tech Golden Eagles (Paragould, AR), saw Searcy's basketball squad overcome Greene County Tech by a tally of 73-60.
With the victory, Searcy improves its record to 10-12 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Paragould (Paragould, AR) to confront the Rams in a 5A East challenge on Friday, February 2. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 10-13. Paragould lost 65-50 in their recent league challenge against Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR)
Next up, the Golden Eagles confront the Nettleton Raiders (Jonesboro, AR) in a 5A East challenge, on Friday, February 2. Greene County Tech will attempt to improve on its 13-12 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 14-8 record after their 65-50 league win over Paragould (Paragould, AR).
