North Carolina High School Basketball - Lincoln Charter overwhelms Langtree Charter
January 30, 2024: Denver, NC 28037 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) and the visiting Langtree Charter Lions (Mooresville, NC), saw Lincoln Charter's basketball squad wallop Langtree Charter by a tally of 81-41.
With the victory, Lincoln Charter improves its record to 14-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to confront the Pride in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores challenge on Friday, February 2. The Pride come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. Pine Lake Prep won 72-52 in their recent league challenge against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC)
Next up, the Lions confront the Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores challenge, on Friday, February 2. Langtree Charter will attempt to improve on its 1-21 season record. The Raptor come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 72-52 league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC).
