The Wardogs now possess a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vinita for a Verdigris Valley battle on Friday, February 2. Miami will battle a Hornets team coming off a 44-38 league win over Jay (Jay, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 4-15.
The Mustangs (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK). The Tigers come into the Verdigris Valley battle with a 12-7 record. In their last battle, Fort Gibson edged Catoosa (Catoosa, OK), 57-47, in a league battle.
