The Dixie Heights Colonels basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Ludlow Panthers to 28 in the Colonels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Colonels now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Owen County for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Dixie Heights will battle a Rebels team coming off a 53-39 league win over Carroll County (Carrollton, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 9-11.
