Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Jasper Vikings (Jasper, AL) and the visiting Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL), saw Jasper's basketball squad wallop Marion County by a tally of 74-46.

With the victory, Jasper improves its record to 23-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Tarrant (Birmingham, AL) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-17. Tarrant lost 82-16 in their recent league challenge against Midfield (Midfield, AL)

Next up, the Red Raiders confront the Mars Hill Bible Panthers (Florence, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Marion County will attempt to improve on its 11-13 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 58-54 non-league win over Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL).
