Michigan High School Basketball - Lowell knocked off by Lansing Catholic
January 30, 2024: Lowell, MI 49331 The Lansing Catholic Cougars basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Lowell Red Arrows to 32 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Charlotte for a Capital Area - White contest on Thursday, February 1. Lansing Catholic will battle a Orioles team coming off a 46-32 non-league loss to Central Montcalm (Stanton, MI). The Orioles record now stands at 3-11.
The Red Arrows (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI). The Rangers enter the Ottawa-Kent - White contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Forest Hills Central was defeated by Wayland (Wayland, MI), 57-46, in a non-league contest.
