The Pickens Dragons ran past the host Lumpkin County Indians basketball team by a final score of 56-36 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Dragons face the White County Warriors (Cleveland, GA) in a AAA Region 7 game, on Friday, February 2. Pickens will attempt to move on its 20-2 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 17-5 record after their 65-20 league win over Gilmer (Ellijay, GA).

With the defeat, Lumpkin County moves to 9-14 on the year. The Indians host Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA) to face the Tigers in a AAA Region 7 game on Friday, February 2.
