Iowa High School Basketball - Anamosa routs Starmont
January 30, 2025: Arlington, IA 50606 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Anamosa Raiders basketball team scored a big 66-39 triumph over the Starmont Stars.
The Raiders (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Camanche (Camanche, IA). The Indians go into the River Valley contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Camanche was trounced by Cascade (Cascade, IA), 69-53, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Stars confront the Edgewood-Colesburg Vikings (Edgewood, IA) in a Tri-Rivers contest, on Friday, January 31. Starmont will attempt to better on its 6-13 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 7-11 record after their 46-28 league loss to Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA).
