January 30, 2025: Bremerton, WA 98337 Annie Wright Gators (Tacoma, WA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Bremerton Knights (Bremerton, WA), 62-43 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Annie Wright advances its record to 16-1 on the year. The Gators host Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA) to face the Cougars in a 1A Nisqually match on Friday, January 31. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 12-3. Cascade Christian won 88-45 in their recent league match against Vashon Island (Vashon Island, WA)
The Knights now own a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olympic for a 2A Olympic match on Friday, January 31. Bremerton will face a Trojans squad coming off a 69-45 league loss to Sequim (Sequim, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-8.
