New York High School Basketball - Penn Yan Academy crushes Bloomfield
January 30, 2025: Bloomfield, NY 14469 The Penn Yan Academy Mustangs (Penn Yan, NY) basketball crushed the host Bloomfield Bombers (Bloomfield, NY), 74-51 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Palmyra-Macedon for a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East bout on Friday, January 31. Penn Yan Academy will play a Red Raiders team coming off a 69-60 non-league loss to Wellsville (Wellsville, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Bloomfield falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Bombers travel to Red Jacket (Shortsville, NY) to play the Red Jacket in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - West bout on Wednesday, February 5.
